Week 3

This week I have visited two different facilities on campus. On Monday and Tuesday I was at Cate. I met with Sharon Barker and worked with her team. They showed me how the facility works and I helped in anything they needed such as making sandwiches and helping with breakfast. On Wednesday and Thursday I was at Flying Cow. I met with Rhonda Winkelman who explained to me how the facility works and what her job as a manager consist of. It was very interesting to learn more about all the services that OU Housing and Food provides. Other than visiting these two sites, I also worked on some of my dietetic internship projects including the recipe development report and the business plan. 

This week was spring break and the campus was quite empty. I am ready for next week to be around people!
